Welcome to UrbanGroove Dance Academy. By accessing our website and enrolling in our dance programs, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

Enrollment and Payments

• All class enrollments are subject to availability and require full payment at the time of booking.
• Payments for classes are non-refundable unless canceled within 48 hours of enrollment.
• UrbanGroove reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances.

Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to respect instructors, fellow students, and the academy premises.
• Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.

Liability Waiver

By participating in our dance classes, you acknowledge that dance activities carry inherent risks of injury. UrbanGroove Dance Academy is not responsible for any injuries sustained during classes or performances.

Intellectual Property

All choreography, teaching materials, and branding associated with UrbanGroove Dance Academy are the intellectual property of the academy and may not be reproduced without permission.
